The Courtyard House offers a unique intimate experience. The accommodation is limited to five rooms for unblemished personal service and privacy. The central open courtyard is a characteristic hub of activities – recreation and relaxation. The Hindu Tulsi Pot and rose garden engulfed by flowery shrubs creates a cool refreshing ambiance. Courtyard House is one central unit equipped with all things necessary for a super luxury stay. The exterior extends into the forests an abode of birds, butterflies, wild animals. The canopy is a theatre of ecstatic delights where you immerse yourself in whatever you wish to do. Eat, drink, relax or take a cool stroll watching birds, animals amidst unique eco niches of Kanha terrain.


The main dining area is located in the center of the premises. The mahogany table seats ten in the dining hall with more people being accommodated by the buffet system. But food service is also available under the Kanha sky on starry nights along with a bar and camp fire. The day sit-outs, outdoor picnics, river banks are all magnificent venues for savoring the gastronomic delicacies served by our chef. Out-house picnics keep you amidst the songs of colorful winged creatures. The finely laid bar by the pool-side offers delightful cocktails and premium liquors. The couple's personal chefs keep churning one delightful morsel after another. Fine dine at our elegant hall or on the roof tops with open sky settings and a lively camp fire. Bush Dinner under the old banyan tree is an indescribable feast. Morning tea in the lawn or under the mahua tree is unforgettable.


Courtyard house is equipped with a library, in-house services of a naturalist, an infinity swimming pool, your own customized vehicle for park safari. All rooms are air conditioned, have an en suite toilet, tea/coffee maker, a fridge, hot and cold water.
